Our next meeting will be on Wed 18 June starting 7:30pm at the Marriott Hotel, Eagle Drive, Northampton. The Speaker will be Peter Masters, Research Fellow at Cranfield Uni and he will be talking about the scientific approach to battlefield archeology.
Mike Ingram, Chairman of the Northampton Battlefields Society appeared upon the John Griff Radio show on 10th March.

The consultation has now finished. We await the results with interest. Thank you to all of you who took the time to fill it in. We will keep you up to date with the results as we get them.
The Public consultation over the future of Northampton Battlefield is now on line.
Please take a few minutes to fill it in and share amongst your contacts. The more people that say they want the battlefield protected the safer if will be.
The inaugral meeting of the society took place today at the Northampton Marriott hotel who graciously allowed us to use their facilities.
The following was resolved:
1) The name of the Society
2) The initial officers of the Society
3) The Constitution, including aims and objectives.
